This morning (10/4/22), in a special Erev Yom ha'Kippurim shiur, we went through around half of a shiur from The Kuntress on Karapah and Teshuvah. Although we didn't get a chance to answer all the questions, we did succeed in getting to the main idea, which was a theory of kaparah. Towards the end we discussed at least one approach to dealing with the pre-Yom ha'Kippurim anxiety which is so common at this time of year.
