This afternoon (6/9/21 at YBT) in our Rambam Bekius chavurah we continued the chapter about how talmidei chachamim should conduct themselves in the particulars of their lives, which covered the topics listed in the title. The most interesting thing (to me, anyway) was how the Rambam classified the many statements of Chazal on these topics. Certain statements we had assumed were standard for all people, but the Rambam codified them in this perek, which means that they're for chachamim. Other statements appeared to belong in a different halacha, and his codification in a different context led to a different interpretation.

Note that this is a bekius chavurah - as opposed to an iyun shiur. Each session consists of us reading through the Rambam's writings together without much preparation on my part, and without going into depth by consulting commentaries or primary sources. For all these reasons, there are bound to be inaccuracies, errors, and other types of shortcomings which would not be acceptable in a prepared shiur, but are quite typical of a bekius chavurah.
